Bullerei is Hamburg's most popular restaurant, so don't think you can go to the former slaughterhouse without a reservation on weekends. Bully is Hamburg in miniature: graffiti on the walls that were once intended for industry, shabby-chic people and as soon as the sun shines a little, everyone gathers outside on the enormous terrace. Traditional German dishes with a multicultural twist are on the menu all year round, such as steak and pickles versus burrata entortellini with spinach.
