You can get your favorite wine at the Cave de l'Est wine shop in Amsterdam
You will find it located in the Pretoriusstraat in the oh so cozy and vibrant Amsterdam East Cave de l'Est, or the wine cellar of the east (if only we had that ourselves). As a true wine lover, you have come to the perfect place for everything you want to know about your favorite drink. Cave de l'Est originated from a passion that owner Erik felt bubbling from an early age. Unfortunately, real drinks were not yet an option at the time, but he has managed to make up for that in recent years through his love for good food, conviviality and that one drink that goes so well with it: WINE!
So many different types but this is the one chosen the best of the best! A real wine specialist with a wide range from France, Italy, Spain and Portugal to Argentina and beyond, from classic wines to real natural wines, from 5 euros per bottle to the most exclusive: the choice is enormous. With a bottle of wine like this you will really be at that wonderful holiday destination between the vineyards and where the sun is just setting.
The wines have been specially selected with a view to the unique place where the grape grows, the place that influences the style of the wine. Think of climate, local culture, right soil, maturation (in some cases the older the better), tradition and the winegrowers' love for the wine! Erik not only knows the winegrowers personally, but also his customers, who come by every day for a chat and a bottle of wine. All this ensures that the wines from Cave de l'Est get that little bit extra. A good story makes everything better, right?
