The 4 steps when creating your Corona Back Up Wedding Plan.

Corona. Yup. The time has come, and it will take a while. The virus affects everything, including op your wedding plans. And now I'm working on it like crazy. Ha! In any case, my team and I decided to reschedule everything in recent months we talked about one backup plan. And you know what? It'll be fine.

Wan=tr no, we also have no control over the situation, but we can prepare. Together with you. That feels good and gives you peace of mind. Sharing is caring, hence here are 4 steps that can help you create yours Corona Back Up Wedding Plan. So, let's get started! Let's go! This is how you make backup plans, even when everything is locked down.

Step 1: Start by determining your priorities. Sounds simple, is key.  That's how we start at the start of a wedding and that's how we start now.

Which three parts of your wedding are the most important? Is that the fantastic location that has been booked? The photographer you were so happy was still available on your date? The party band you've been looking forward to? Or the stylist/florist who completely understands what your day should look like? As soon as you know what the most important elements are for both of you, you start approaching these partiesThe aim is: can a common backup date be found?

Do you find it difficult to determine these elements? In us Online College We will help you with clear explanations and assignments.

That immediately brings us to mind stap 2. The most important tip: be flexible and show understanding! It's a crazy time for everyone and no one has answers.

We firmly believe that you get what you give, and besides, there is no point in being very businesslike and selfish in these times. Bridezilla? In your cage. For example, you can be flexible in choosing a day a week. There is a good chance that your favorite suppliers are already booked on all Fridays and Saturdays until October. So think about a Thursday or a Sunday? (More about that later!) Or can the photographer and stylist be allowed, but the location cannot? Maybe your stylist can help you transform your garden or the garden of one of your parents? Could just be crazy.

Step 3: Think outside the lines. You already read it above: we have to be creative, because really, there is always a solution. This is something we like to do together with our bridal couples. It always gives special, personal and unique results. For example, we often brainstorm about 'problems' or 'bumps' during a day. And time and time again, the resulting solution is often the highlight of the day!

An example: you have planned to party late into the night at your wedding. You would like to plan your backup plan in 2020, but the location you want to keep is no longer available on a Friday or Saturday. Consider changing your daily schedule and, for example, planning a grand drinks party after the ceremony, then having a delicious meal together from 19:30 PM to 22:00 PM and concluding with a beautiful speech from you. Big applause, lots of hugs (because that's allowed) and you will be waved goodbye with dessert in your hand! Your guests can be in bed in time for the next working day and you can still spend the whole night together... (talking about Corona babies ;-))

Another example: we may get together again at some point, but with fewer than 100 people. Your Big Day has more than 100 guests and also many people from abroad. You would still like to get married in 2020. Don't plan a reduced version of your dream day, but completely change it. Choose an intimate setting, but perhaps have it streamed live if that suits you? Or plan a small ceremony with a delicious dinner and a big party later in the year (or next year). Double the pleasure!

Step 4: bdecide in time and dare to show courage. As hard as it is to see your planned day disappear, the plan is not gone. You just have to live longer towards it. Ha! The sooner you decide, the more chance you have that suppliers are still flexible with other dates. Stay true to yourself and don't hesitate to contact us instagram questions, we will go there soon (Thursday 26 March 2020) live again to share more about this with you.

Lots of love and we would love to see you online on Instagram, but 1-on-1 online sessions are of course also possible.

Let us know!
