An age-old craft: making baskets from willows. It's not that easy to make such a beautiful basket yourself. A workshop at MUDS in the rural area of Dalen (Drenthe) is therefore a very good idea. Here they weave baskets from willow in a traditional way. There is a willow field near the workshop where they harvest their willows. This way, the entire process, from plant to basket, remains in our own hands.
With a workshop you will receive quite a few guidelines, and you can get started at home. If you are looking for more depth, MUDZ also offers (longer) courses.
