The owners of the beautiful coffee shop 30ML - where, according to some, you can drink the best (home-roasted) coffee in Utrecht - decided in April this year to expand with an organic salad bar and coffee house. CROP is located on Utrecht Biltstraat (numero uno) and, like 30ML, is both mom and baby friendly: while mom is eating her salad, the children can enjoy an ultra-healthy juice, smoothie, croissant or homemade cake. The salads are made according to the mix-and-match principle: you choose your own ingredients, partly inspired by your mood. For example, you can choose pulled chicken, tuna love or honey goat cheese. The 'Green Food Café' - as it says in white letters on the window at CROP - also has a beautiful terrace from En Hout Interieurbouw.
