5 x the best roof terraces in Stockholm (for a great view of the city)
In our opinion, the best way to see a city is from above. There's nothing better than a good view of a beautiful city, and if possible, preferably at sunset. And roof terraces with a killer view no shortage in Stockholm. Good thing, too. So it's time to Bart approved rooftops of Stockholm to list, because a good roof terrace can't hurt, especially in the summer.
On the ninth floor of the Urban Deli hotel you will find their roof terrace where you can enjoy a good view of Stockholm every day from half past twelve. The roof terrace has nice seating areas where you can enjoy lunch, drinks or iced coffee.
In spring and summer there are all kinds of performances, DJs and parties on the 'roof park', but also yoga or cocktail workshops, to name a few. You can find the event calendar on their website website.

It is busy at SUS and TAK. Very busy. And rightly so, because the two rooftops are wonderful places to not only see the city from above, but also for a snack and a drink. The roof terraces have the same address and the same entrance/elevator, but are two separate concepts.
At Stockholm Under Stjänorna (literal translation: under the stars) settle down for snacks and drinks (cocktails are the go-to), a good party or a movie at the outdoor cinema.
At TAK you can enjoy a wonderful evening filled with dishes from modern, Scandinavian cuisine with a Japanese twist.
Whichever rooftop you choose, it is advisable to go early. You will sometimes end up in a queue for the lift up. A queue that extends tens of metres into the street - we understand why.

On the edge of central Stockholm you will find Arc Rooftop, on top of design hotel Blique by Nobis. Arc is a bar and restaurant with an amazing 360 degree view of the city.
In addition to a good cocktail or glass of wine, you can enjoy Korean bites or a five-course menu. The roof terrace is open all year round from Monday to Saturday.

If you search for roof terrace Söder on Google Maps, use Freyja + Söder. The roof terrace is in the same building as the Freyja restaurant (where you can enjoy a delicious meal).
From the rooftop you have a great view over the water in the northern part of Stockholm. One of the better places in the city to watch the sunset. (No place and still want to see the sunset? Walk a little further to Monteliusvägen).

On the border between beautiful Östermalm and Norrmalm you will find the Bank Hotel. A beautiful hotel in the heart of Stockholm (and yes, the hotel is located in an old bank).
On the top floor you will find Le Hibou, a large balcony slash roof terrace with views over the city center. The cute tables and chairs feel French and the terrace is a bit more intimate than the previous tips. Ideal for a date night or to celebrate something.
