New in Den Bosch: plant-based bistro Fret

We have been looking forward to Fret for a long time and even though they are new in Den Bosch, it is already a hit. Bistro Fret is Burgundian and plant-based. Just delicious and rich food, but secretly vegan. A breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant that will make anyone with a preference for plant-based or vegetarian very happy. And you can take even the most die-hard meat eater there with peace of mind. In any case for the food but also because of it cozy atmosphere at Fret in Den Bosch.

Not only in 's-Hertogenbosch do they have them tasty vegan restaurants. What do you think of these plant-based eateries in Amsterdam, Utrecht and more cities?

Since this summer, Fret has been located in the cozy Postelstraat. A handsome eatery in the style of a classic bistro in combination with Scandinavian minimalism and a raw Berlin edge. An atmosphere that has caught on because it has been pleasantly busy since the opening, both inside and on the terrace. Linger from early morning with Overnight Oats of scrambled (no) eggs until lunch and in the evening with tempeh satay, a rich burger or stuffed eggplant. Or all day with a vegan cocktail, cauliflower wings or plant-based bitterballen on the side. Tried and tested: the one thing on the menu that you absolutely cannot miss is the Fret Burger from Redefine Meat. Described in one word: fantastic. Described in several words: such a tasty burger, made 100% plant-based and tasting like real traditional meat. Made with a 3D printer (the Fret girls found that exciting), but in terms of texture, smell, juiciness and taste, in our opinion, 10 points.

You can join us from Thursday to Sunday from 09.00:21.30 AM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM. Freight. Already a favorite in Den Bosch.
