A touch of France in the Brabant Kempen at Eenvoud Bistro

Eenvoud Bistro is located in Eersel, Brabant, close to Eindhoven. Housed in an old residential building, it is small, personal, and without too much fuss. An open kitchen, a handful of tables where candles are burning, and a small terrace where it is pleasant to linger on long summer evenings.

This French bistro is run by one couple. He is in the kitchen and she works as a waitress. Never change a winning teamAnd you notice that. The contact is informal and friendly. Just as we are used to in Brabant.

In the kitchen, it's all about good food. Seasonal produce, freshly prepared, and without unnecessary frills. The menu features classics such as oeuf mayonaise, rib eye, and heavenly mud with crème anglaise. The bistro may be called *Eenvoud* (Simplicity), but we wouldn't try to emulate them.

In the summer, French evenings are organized, where the atmosphere naturally leans towards joy of living goes. During these evenings, specials appear on the table such as fruits de mer, entrecôte with beurre Café de Paris, and the classic crème brûlée. Exactly as we have come to expect from French cuisine.

Oh, and one more nice detail: the wine list is handwritten.

See you soon!
