Happinez Festival

Happinez Festival

We don't think we need to explain what Happinez magazine is. On the one hand, we always think Happinez is a bit well-behaved - because your aunt always starts talking to you about it when you see her - and on the other hand, Happinez always goes in the suitcase when traveling. And then there are – invariably – nice pieces that still manage to inspire you and stay with you.

Organized for the fourth time Happinez a festival with speakers, workshops, music, yoga, meditations, good food and more. And although on the one hand that may sound like a nice festival, on the other hand they secretly have a good program. So says the Buddhist monk Haemin Sunim how you can slow down your pace of life and what good that brings. Learns James Wallman how you can really declutter. And you can listen to Rupert Isaacson's stories about the healing journeys he made with his autistic son on horseback made, including by Mongolia. We'll mention a few more; a crash course in playing the ukulele - that has been on the wish list since the guitar lessons flopped. There are about 12 different yoga and meditation classes per day. Yoga pants all day – olé olé. And are there further stories about angels - yes really -, being addicted to love - are we? -, durable lifestyles – how to do that – and personal crises – because we all have those from time to time, don't we?

While the festival season is in full swing, we are looking forward to bringing out the best in ourselves for a day/weekend at a festival. That's something different than going completely to hell during a day at festivals. And we dare to promise that the day after – or even the whole year after – you will feel much better than you are used to after a solid festival weekend.

Happinez Festival, September 15, 16, 17 in Fort Voordorp near Utrecht. On the special festival page On the website you will find the complete program and you can buy tickets.

Love, Nina
