House of Noa Opening at the end of 2025 in the basement of the Beurs van Berlage, which is a three-way trip from Amsterdam Central Station and Dam Square, and yes, this will be one you won't easily pass by. Fleur and Pepijn from The Seafood Bar, which opened at this location in 2024, will now collaborate with Ken van Ken Sushi And the result? A place where you can first enjoy a delicious meal, then enjoy a good glass of wine, and if you want to dance the night away, you can do that here too! And all of this in a building that exudes history and grandeur—because, well, it's a UNESCO World Heritage site. We think House of Noa is the new culinary hotspot. nightlife hotspot in Amsterdam, where you the best of both worlds can take along.

And then there's the food, because that's what it's all about, of course. Ken serves an omakase-inspired menu where the hand-rolled temaki truly takes center stage. Everything is designed for sharing, discovering, and savoring while Ken himself walks around and guides you. It's precisely that mix of craftsmanship, fresh ingredients, and conviviality that makes The Seafood Bar so popular, and now suddenly, in a place that's completely contemporary. The interior takes things even further. Marie Martin drew inspiration from a 19th-century opium den in Hong Kong, but with a Parisian twist and a generous dose of modern technology. Antique furniture, warm lighting, and pleasant music; everything comes together to create a place where you don't just eat, but truly experience an entire evening.
