Always good: Hummus Bistro D&A Amsterdam in East, South and the Jordaan
Hummus Bistro d&a has been a household name in Amsterdam West for quite some time. In the Jordan to be precise, around the corner from the Noordermarkt. Shakshukas, all types of hummus and the tastiest lemonades are served there every day on Westerstraat. No fuzz, always tasty, always busy but never too busy and always fun. And also remarkably affordable. You sit there while having a snack Hummus Bistro d&a at cozy tables with lovely flowers in cute vases.
In short: a success formula in the Jordaan/Amsterdam West, so why not in Amsterdam East?! We think so too. And so do the people of Hummus Bistro D&A Amsterdam. So Hummus Bistro D&A club expands to Amsterdam East. Nowadays you can pop in at Oostenburgergracht 185 for falafel, couscous, salads and of course mountains of falafel. The terrace is also really lovely, with a view of the mill - a well-known one in Amsterdam East, and the service is remarkably friendly! The hummus with smoked cauliflower is a favorite (hello garlic!) and the home made lemonade is also recommended.
