Actually, Copenhagen is a bit nicer than Stockholm, and a bit less expensive too. Hotel Ibsens won the Danish Travel Award and that is mainly due to the 'content' of the hotel: nice and fresh Scandinavian design and use of local (read: the neighbours) products. You better go inside with your eyes closed because the exterior is not really something to write home about. Walking to the city centre will take you about ten minutes, but the neighbourhood where the hotel is located is also nice!
