Your mouth waters when you look at the menu. The idea? A long list of tasty snacks, followed by small dishes to share (or to eat all by yourself, ha!).

At Branding & Citrus there is no long story about a concept or the idea of ​​things. They serve dishes that they like. We approve. The menu changes regularly, so if you are on the island for a week you can join us several times (do it!).

There is delicious ceviche with blood orange and jalapeño, but the vegetarian snacks are also delicious (leek! eggplant!) and masterfully prepared. For the kids (and for yourself) there are pizzas from the enormous stone oven. The combinations are original; how about sauerkraut and 'nduja?

Be sure to save room for dessert because both sweet and savory are recommended. There is a cheese board with various cheeses from the islands. Especially Texel cheeses, but also a selection of Vlieland, are included.
