Barts Boekje Wellbeing... Good idea, but what exactly do we mean? After all, Barts Boekje is a travel, hospitality, and lifestyle platform, isn't it? That's absolutely right. And Barts Boekje Wellbeing is indeed about balance. How do we find and maintain a healthy balance amidst the hustle and bustle, especially considering all the trips and outings we undertake (and advocate)? And... if we are asking ourselves this, surely more people are! For that reason, we reached out to POMME aesthetics & longevity, a medical clinic specializing in aesthetic medicine and longevity, founded and run by sisters and physicians Drs. Charlotte and Drs. Catherine van den Berg. After all, aesthetics and health are inextricably linked. Our appearance reflects how we feel, and you can see it immediately in your skin when your body is in balance.
In this series, Charlotte and Catherine answer numerous questions here on Barts Boekje within their own areas of expertise. If you have a question yourself, please email it to info@bartsboek.com.
