I KNEAD sandwich & salad, I KNEAD Coffee, I KNEAD anything! The Dutch Joosje Hardus and the Australian Mina Ingram thought it was high time for a sandwich shop in Hong Kong. And so it happened... In the hip neighborhood Sheung Wan they recently opened the doors of KNEAD, a slow food concept and highly recommended if you want to eat something other than noodles: Heavenly Sandwiches it is, but also salads at KNEAD. Joosje and Mina give suggestions, but you can also put together your own sandwich or salad. Gluten free? Vega? Everything is possible, the choice is huge! KNEAD
