Le Coucou, Soho, Manhattan
Daniël Rose (a renowned chef, we didn't know him either) and Stephen Starr (a well-known restaurateur in New York) opened Le coucou, an old school French restaurant in the Big Apple. At Le coucou a classic vision of French cuisine, in a charming 2017 way: traditional influences from former France are the basis, but with a contemporary taste. That's good to know Le Coumou French dishes are prepared with extra passion (...) and therefore cost a little more in dollars. Lunch at Le coucou consists of 2 courses and you pay about 48 dollars for it, there is no such thing as a glass of wine under 15 dollars. But it is tasty, and talk of the town du moment.
