Marcel's Green Soap: affordable natural bars and deodorant for travel

The Dutch Marcel had a sink cabinet full of chemical cleaning products that did not make the world any cleaner. The single father wanted to make environmentally friendly soap and started experimenting with his three daughters. Once busy, he also developed dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, shower gel, cleaning wipes, shampoo, conditioner and so on. Everything 100% plant-based, vegan and packaged in recycled plastic.

The products leave the planet clean and that is what you want, especially when traveling. Now the compact products are also easy to take with you, and then you can guess three times which shampoo, deodorant and conditioner are a permanent fixture in our toiletry bag. Did we already mention that these products are all very affordable?

Let's get straight to the point, our favorite: Marcel's Green Soap Conditioner Bar Tonka & Muguet. Why? Just like the other bars, this one is plastic-free, palm oil-free and vegan. Made from ingredients that are gentle on your hair and the planet. Get rid of all those harmful substances for your hair, skin or the planet. But that doesn't wash your hair properly, does it? That's never going to be a good model, is it? We sweep those prejudices off the table. The conditioner bar contains shea butter and coconut oil for shiny, nourished hair and a healthy scalp. Can we continue with the summary? It is also sulphate-free, palm oil-free, 100% vegan and comes in 100% plastic-free packaging.

So why do we choose this one over the others? That's actually purely because of the smell. We simply think the very best. Tonka is a sacred bean from South America, which when sniffed is reminiscent of vanilla and almonds. The scent is intense and can even have a slightly hallucinogenic effect. This in combination with the fresh, floral scent of muguet - also known as lily of the valley - voilà, spring in your bathroom.

Also nice for your wallet: one bar equals three bottles

What would a conditioner be without shampoo... It's a no-brainer that there is also a shampoo bar called Tonka & Muguet. If you take them both, you have a good combination. But then the question is, how should we wash our hair with a bar? Child can do the laundry. Just like using liquid shampoo, you have the ridge of wetting your hair. You can then rub the shampoo bar directly over your wet hair, or you can rub the bar between your hands to create foam. Apply the foam to your scalp and massage it gently with your fingers. Rinse well and repeat for the conditioner bar.

What other products do we use?

You can get the conditioner bar for next to nothing here. But what else is in our toiletry bag? One hundred percent the deodorant stick. Again, without aluminum salts, palm oil-free, 100% vegan and with plastic-free packaging. Also good for long distances, because it lasts for ten weeks. For fresh armpits without aluminum, alcohol and other aggressive ingredients. Now that's really fresh! Matchy-matchy, because you can get this deodorant in the same scents as your bars (but they have more).

We have the cleaning products in the house as standard, but how and what? The clever minds at Marcel's Green Soap know how to explain this well.
