De happy owners Jochem and Emilie have renovated this centuries-old building down to the last detail into luxury apartments with all the trimmings. Three apartments have already been renovated and the door of the fourth apartment is also almost open. They left the old wooden beams in place, which gives a cozy atmosphere to the entire space. The first two apartments are on the first floor. One of them is located at the rear overlooking the garden. This apartment is fresh with light colors and Scandinavian interior. The second one at the front overlooking the water and the city has a brick wall and a bit of a lake industrial look. Apartment number three is located on the second floor at the front. Here you will find the bed and bath on the mezzanine, an extra floor with a staircase. This gives you the feeling that you are really in a house. Nice!
Extensive cooking and dining is certainly not a question here. The kitchens are uber modern with everything you want in a kitchen. The salt, pepper and olive oil are already ready for you! The bathroom is also fully equipped with nice products for the shower or bath. Here you don't have to think, everything is there!
Number 9 is located in the center of Middelburg between all the nice coffee shops and restaurants. Do you want to get a breath of fresh air for a day or relax with your feet in the sand?
