For the rest of the day, the Zeeland fish dishes prepared in the Josper grill are difficult to resist, just like the Zeeland Meadow Beef and the traditional 'Pannetje Zeeland Musselen' prepared with fresh herbs, juniper berries, fennel, butter and a dash of Franklin bitter, home-brewed. beer.
