List Salento – the absolute must visits in this colorful village in Colombia
The touristy, colorful town Salento (that's okay, we are tourists ourselves so we feel very much at home!) is one of the nicest surprises of Colombia. A small, cheerful village that is vibrant and alive. A pleasure to walk through, eat and drink (especially coffee).
Here is our list must visit in Salento.
Best coffee shop in the village! And with its colorful interior, also the most beautiful. You're in the right place with Jesús Martín; by cold brew to filter coffee – made with love. The beans come from their own coffee plantation a little further away. Workshops are also regularly organized.

A purple tent is showing off in all its glory on the square in Salento. You can get delicious juices here and if you fancy something sweet; order the lemonade de Coco, a household name in Mexico – a drink with a mix of coconut and lime.

If you need some hipster people then you are in the right place. Backpackers come here and there for a beer, drink and something to eat. If you go for the nachos, make sure you are hungry because the proportions are large huge. Great burritos here too!

This place reminds us a bit of Bali, given the amount of smoothies and bowls, but it is so delicious. Here you can get delicious avocado toast, acai bowls and other healthy snacks. Also nice to start your day at the bar.
