De Bosrand Garden Center: a paradise for garden and interior lovers!
With the end of the year in sight, the dark months come in which we make the house cozy. The curtains can be closed at the stroke of five o'clock, we light the candles and make the house St. Martin, Sinterklaas and Christmas-proof in time. The twilight days mean one jolly good team with family, friends and loved ones. The Forest Edge is different because it started as a small-scale nursery in 1980 and is still a family business today that has now grown into a company with five garden centers, an outlet and two wholesalers.
A visit to the Bosrand is truly an experience for lovers of greenery, interior and taste. Upon entering you will immediately be surprised with an amazing flower department with various bouquets and special vases. But you can also collect fresh or silk flowers yourself. Or put together a beautiful bouquet with the florists present.
Plants in and around the house have of course grown enormously in recent years and it often proves difficult to acquire really beautiful and affordable specimens (with accompanying advice on how to properly care for the sweet green friends). De Bosrand has a very large collection of plants and flowers that suit every interior (and every wallet).
The shops are large (the largest is 16.000 m2!) and in addition to greenery there is also a lot of interior inspiration to be found, so you don't have to leave town just for a standard bag of garden soil or terracotta pot.
After a few hours of grazing among your favorite banana plant or ficus, you probably feel like having a piece of cake or an extensive one high tea. A nice place to relax among the greenery with breakfast or lunch (or just a big one guilty pleasure in the form of hot chocolate with whipped cream – we also approve).
