Warm through the winter: inside and outside

The question this winter: how do we keep warm? Without paying us in the red in energy costs. How do we keep it cozy and comfortable both inside and outside, despite the approaching cold and high energy rates. By fake fur hat to infrared kissing and more unexpected hot twists. Winter is coming and we are - warm and well - ready for it.

Sit inside? No, we actually like to go out. Bee these cool places it is wonderful to stay this winter.

Infrared heater

They consume relatively little power and still emit heat very locally. Then the heating can be turned down a few degrees while it is still nice where you sit. Last winter we discovered the infrared cushions with team Bart Stoov en have been fans ever since. Here the seat heater also lies faithfully over the home workplace and while the heater is turned off, we sit at our desk with warm buttocks. You charge Stoov and then you can heat yourself wirelessly wherever you want: on the couch, in the car or in the garden. We recently asked questions about more infrared heating but received zero tips. Be sure to send us a message if you still have a golden one heating egg have found. Then we will write to him here.

Woolly warm

To keep warm: layers, layers, layers. As a base layer under your next four layers or hidden under your flowy dress: one thin wool for example from dilling of Arket. With minus one hundred we will happily pull a spencer over that. The Spencer Club makes hand knitted spencers in different colors and models. To top it off - never cold again - wrapping We still like to wrap ourselves in a lovely warm cardigan. If we act chauvinistic, we choose Gris Collection. The brand that is Leiden's favorite store hard coal recently launched. We would be happy to oblige for some international warmth sezane of Babaa.

Warm feet

Warm feet

Getting warm starts with… your feet. And we previously wrote a nice list of the warmest, coziest slippers. We would like to highlight that we are still on Give a Pon are. These traditionally made Greek slippers are social, sustainable and maintain a traditional craft. For really cold floors, nothing beats sheepskin. (sorry vegans) Yes Ugg, but there is also Dutch-made sheep's wool. Straight from Texel is there Texelana with affordable slippers. And there is the family business Rotunda from Heiloo who have been making the softest sheepskin slippers for thirty years. To never take off again.

Hot bodies

It is said that nothing warms as well as lying naked against each other. That's worth a try, right? Take off your clothes, bring your partner (or your wanted date) and get under the covers together. Together Netflix under the covers is certainly possible. But if you want to raise the temperature a little further, jump into bed with Bart. Not really, of course, or that's what your love should coincidentally be called. But we wrote the column with our team In bed with Bart about all kinds of exciting pleasure makers. From toys to listening porn and more things to get you excited.
