Especially if we really dare to swear that this is the new weekly addiction that you should give yourself as a gift. What, how, where?? Ulmus Bakery in Amsterdam. Party. Promise.
Ulmus Bakery in Amsterdam was actually doing very well before the whole COVID misery. For example, the two baking toppers (Yoeri and Elin) have been baking for many Amsterdam catering entrepreneurs for a long time (check out all those cool Amsterdam tents) most of which we have here on the site. However, the dough remained temporarily untouched (you know why), the machines stood far too still for a long time and everything fell flat at once (of course). The pair thought that was stupid (stupid) and so a clever plan was created. One that they never hoped would turn out so well...
The couple announced via their own Instagram that they also wanted to bake for private individuals (you and us). Was there a demand for that? So yes. And how. So that's how it happened. Ulmus Bakery became a fact and since then the tastiest fresh baked goods can be picked up every week (3 days a week) at the Espresso factory in Amsterdam West.
It is done every week Instagram published an order list for the following week. Here you select your preferences (everything, everything), then you pay and, voila, you can pick up your order at the Espresso Factory on the day you selected.
