Now back to it Wine restaurant on land. We are crazy about this incredibly special pop-up restaurant. Because let's be honest” surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful South Limburg Hills, sipping delicious wines with a dinner that you can imagine is a party. Unfortunately, a pop-up means that it will only be in this oh-so-beautiful Limburg for a short time. By June 29 to July 28 you can enjoy at Wine Restaurant on the land. So be quick, you don't want to miss this!
Let's be honest: the interior of a restaurant must match the surroundings and the execution. At Wijnrestaurant op het land it does. Even clapping hands together. The 'interior' of the sturdy 'tent' (that sounds a bit disrespectful but that is what the temporary business actually is) in which you sit, was given a rural 'farm chic' but still stylish and contemporary touch which puts you in contact with nature and the vineyards. The food is modern, surprising and one with the wines, so that modernity is also reflected in what happens on the table. We think great work!
The food is quickly said to be a culinary tour de force. They combine South Limburg regional dishes with regional wines. For example, you get veal tartare from Blanc Blue Belgerund or different types of regional cheeses, headlined by specially selected wines from St. Martinus and other regional winemakers who accompany these special dishes to a high level. We are curious, excited and can't wait!
