One of the reasons why I keep looking for Ibiza is because of the countless beach bars where the food and drinks are really good. Seems like a no-brainer for a holiday island, but anyone who has ever been to Corsica and Sardinia, to name just two, knows that this is not so obvious at all. Such a nice example is Babylon Beach near the town Santa Eulária in the north-east of the island. Don't expect a white beach: the beach chairs are lined up along a steep cliff from where you can walk into the water using steps.
