Santa Gertrudis, a small town in the middle of Ibiza, is a string of restaurants and bars. As small as it is, it is just as cozy! No boho girls, just authentic food for a ridiculously low price. One of the best options is Bar Costa, a Spanish tapas bar with the tastiest hams, fresh breads and a more than excellent wine for 1,45 (!!). No website.
