Capriole Café becomes PuuRR at the Binck, The Hague
A loyal servant for eight years, that Capriole Café. Okay, admittedly, the café is a bit (ok a bit) hidden, but then you had something. Hidden at the Fokkerhaven, with a terrace on the water, you could go here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But now the Hague restaurant Capriole Café is closing down. But this building will have a new owner at the helm. And not as Capriole Café, but as PuuRR on the Binck.
Op May 4, 2024 the doors of the restaurant will open PuuRR on the Binck. And who will then take over from Capriole? Reno Hilgersom, owner of the Hilgersom Horeca Group, with no fewer than seven locations to his name. And the concept of PuuRR aan de Binck? Just like at the other PuuRR branch. The requirements: a terrace on the water and sun all day long. That's already off to a good start.
Fortunately, we don't have to miss Capriole Café completely. Part of the interior is preserved. Wonderful, that modern and industrial style that fits well with the environment. We like.
