Amsterdam Open Air puts its sustainable foot forward with the Festival Fashion Market

However, festivals can no longer get away with just reckless fun. If we want to keep partying, we will have to think more about mother nature in that area too. That is why AOA is now introducing a real Festival Fashion Market, where you can sell your old festival outfit and stock up on your new sustainable 'outie'.

At this market, which will be 'better than the IJ-hallen', there is room for nice sustainable and second-hand brands, but you can also rent a rack for €25,00 and sell your own clothes. Because, as Amsterdam Open Air out, if Amsterdam is so well represented with vintage and sustainable clothing, why don't we extend that to our newest outfits for the upcoming festival season? Brands that have already confirmed are: Unrobe, Thrift Shop, AOA Clothing Line, Tropical Africa, My Tribe, GregNoise, Maium, Rock 'n Gold, Awakati, Elvis. Do you have a nice brand yourself? Registration is open here.

The market will take place on Saturday 18 May, from 12:00 to 18:00, in the Zuiveringshal on the Westergasterrein. Seems like a great place to start the anticipation. What about you? Entrance is free!
