The smile of the friendly owners makes you feel right at home. And then you know you've come to the right place. The green tiled bar, a bit of Marrakesh vibe you immediately notice it when you step inside, Ibiza style mirrors, cozy lamps with shells and a plant here and there, just nice. Outside, mainly low tables, benches, stools and that kind of coziness.

Chef Matias Romano creates a changing menu together with his team. Think of local fresh products. A all-time favorite at Hambrë is the squid from Formentera (you know that little neighboring island of Ibiza). Also good vegetarian options such as glazed eggplant with miso, pesto and many more goodies. And not unimportant for the kids, also just a very good citizen. Oh, would you like a nice glass of wine and a charcuterie board at the end of the afternoon? Then you have come to the right place at Hambrë.

Hambrë is distinctive, not only in terms of their changing, creative menu, but also with their alcoholic drinks they are striking and different from the rest. The majority of the wine list consists of natural wines, something you don't (yet) see as much in Ibiza as here in the Netherlands. But the cocktails also look good, edible flowers and dried fruit just go that one step further.

Mediterranean flavors with a middle east touch is how they describe themselves. Hambrë is open every day for lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended, but if you just drop in and there is still room, you are of course more than welcome.
