Rock-solid summer must-haves for your home: the Westwing Modern Natural collection

We were already at Westwing because of the fantastic deals on interior design. You always had to be a bit quick for that (the idea behind Westwing is good discounts that can be ordered for a few days and when they're gone = gone), but with the arrival of Westwing Now that's also a thing of the past (this 'tab' on the site has a permanent collection and equally permanent discounts).

And love is now getting a new impetus now that Westwing is launching its own collection for the second time: Modern Natural. That stands for trendy meets clean meets boho. Quieter than the first collection (which was a bit more colorful and just as beautiful), and all the home furnishings are priced as affordably as ever. Win-win.

Where did the folks at our beloved Westwing get their inspiration for their light, fresh line of the season? Not that difficult: the Westwing Natural Collection is inspired by the sunny coast of Ibiza. You should just have us. Favorite among the Spanish islands, not least because of the oh-so stylishly decorated hotels and B&Bs there. Close your eyes and imagine a typical Ibizan hotel…. Yup. Everything is equally light and spacious thanks to the fresh tones inside and outside. Hello holiday vibes. There are few places where we can relax so easily.

So three cheers for the designers at Westwing who know exactly how to translate that atmosphere into our very own living rooms and bedrooms. Even if the weather cannot in any way be compared to the Spanish sun. Modern furniture and accessories were added in light colors and soft fabrics. Wicker lamps and baskets (of course wicker lamps and baskets), sleek sideboards (the trick for a holiday-style decor is balas: don't make everything sweet, then it becomes a dollhouse) and velvet poufs (because who can resist them) in exactly the right colors ocher yellow and red brown (jajajajajajajaja). In terms of materials, a lot of linen, wood and rattan. To make your own casa (and garden! or balcony, or postage stamp where the sun barely shines - it's the idea) instantly ready for summer. We have already drawn up a wish list...
