Before, during or after dinner, the playing field next to Brasserie Nes beckons to the kids, where they can roll in the sandbox and run across the football field and climb and clamber on the climbing frame. Tap Leak behind the dunes of Overveen has always been a household name, but now that it has recently been taken over it has become a vibrant place. When two incredibly enthusiastic entrepreneurs transform a sweet historic building in a beautiful location into a café for young, old and everyone in between, this is the result. You are so cute Kraantje Lek. The beach has an unprecedented appeal and the biggest advantage of Haarlem is often mentioned that it is close to the sea. The party starts during the route through the dunes, even if we end up stranded (sea what we did there) nowadays often on the edge of the Overveen forest. Kraantje Lek is located right on the cycle path and is attractive with its red shutters, enormous terrace and new playground.
