One of the nicest bars in Europe is in Portugal downtown Porto. Completely constructed from a wooden frame and black leather, the bar covers three floors: ground floor, basement and a mezzanine. And if you don't go for the interior, then go for the wine wall that covers an entire side of the bar and the tapas menu. Although you can also go there for breakfast or lunch. La Boheme
