An hour from the coast, just above Bordeaux and near the Cognac region, lies the village of Brossac, in the Poitou-Charente region. The two Maisons des Sablons houses are located on a cozy family estate with about 35 holiday homes. The domain has a swimming pool and a lake where you can swim. And each house has its own garden and therefore sufficient privacy. House 01 was renovated in 2018 and has a living room with fireplace, garden with wicker chairs and a nice kitchen. They renovated house 02 in 2021 and has a nice large table outside and a bench in the sun. Both houses have a classic and relaxing interior in light tones and natural materials.
