Off to Barcelona! If we can choose, we will check in again Nobu Hotel Barcelona, named after co-founder and chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The best man is known for his unique Japanese dishes that he prepares with Peruvian ingredients. Right, yes. He apparently does that well: in 2024, in addition to restaurants, he also has hotels to his name, all of which are top notch. One of those hotels? The Nobu Hotel in Barcelona. Save to say that this hotel, in addition to being a great restaurant of course, is also one of the best views of the Spanish city.

Nobu Hotel claims to be a 'urban sanctuary'. The interior is sleek and modern with lots of wood and Japanese influences. Especially on the 23rd floor, because that's where the sushi bar is. The hotel is loved by business people, and even more so by business people who love sushi, thanks to its location. Nobu is located in Sants, around the corner from one of the city's largest train stations. A neighborhood that is still developing, but with public transport you can reach the center in no time. You can also go a long way with the legs, because it's not that far. You even have a view of the Sagrada Familia. On the other side is Montjuïc, a green neighborhood located on and around a hill of the same name. Nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the center.
