Padel holidays are hot: the best hotels and resorts with padel court
We had it all in the Netherlands, now we have to go on that holiday again. Sigh, because there is nothing better than hitting a racket and a ball against glass walls with four people. Should we just continue with it on holiday? Padel holidays are hot. The craze for padel comes from Spain and the majority of padel holidays take place there. Expansion is underway, because more countries are following. At these hotels you can play the love child of tennis and squash under the sun. Not entirely unimportant: the rest of the day is also nice to stay there.
It could be that you have never heard of Fethiye in Turkey. Or the Hillside Beach Club, a holiday resort in a small bay next to the town. New in 2024 is Padel & Pickleball. In addition to three special tennis courts, there is now also a padel court. And they also help you on your way. The tennis school is open from 07.00:12.00 to 15.00:20.00 and from XNUMX:XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX. During those hours you can get lessons there.
Green, greener, greenest in the valley between Orbetello Lagoon and the beaches of the Silver Coast. And somewhere in between shines a paddle court. Two of them, in fact. And also two tennis courts, a small football field, a fitness room, a 18 holes golf course, and jogging trails.

Then you can enjoy the luxurious spa and settle down at the Beach Club. From the resort you have a beautiful view of the green palm trees, the gardens, the number of swimming pools and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Sounds like pampering. Okay, we are sold.

And where one already thinks, chill. At two, wow, but in Marbella everything is more and bigger. The hotel has 4 professional padel artificial grass courts. Many famous names have hit a ball here. Then on for a bite? The hotel has at least ten bars or restaurants and Nobu is the best.
Sweden? How about hitting that ball in the sun then? Okay, you have to plan well, because the climate is less than ideal. But Sweden has a big padelscenes, especially in the summer months. Rain or shine, Maryhill Estate is always a good idea.
This hotel is going way back. In 1867, Judge August Anderberg named his estate Mariehild in honor of his wife. Later, Countess Wachtmeister renamed it Maryhill. Much later, it was transformed into a luxury resort with 163 rooms, 4 swimming pools and so much more. And padel, of course.
Where you don’t have to worry about the cold (rather the other way around) is in Morocco. The Es Saadi Gardens & Resort is located in the heart of Marrakech’s Golden Triangle and is, in fact, 20 hectares of beautiful gardens overlooking the Atlas Mountains, near the ever-inspiring and hysterical souks and the Djemaa el Fna square. In short: an oasis. Or: a palace, because that’s what it is. A palace with lots of suites and a number of private villas to be precise, the latter each with their own pool and butler – you’re staying in a palace or not of course. Here too, a hell of a spa: 3000 m² spread over three floors. Take a few days for it: there is a range of traditional and contemporary treatments to book and it is the Dior Institute outside of Paris. Costs a few cents but then… Right. And when you’re done with that, you can visit a variety of restaurants, the oldest casino in Morocco and the famous Theatre nightclub. And recently a new padel court.
