Pop-up restaurant Sterk Water along the Dutch Waterlines (summer 2022 – new dates)

The traveling restaurant along the Dutch Waterlines, that is Pop-up restaurant Sterk Water. The defense line (the Dutch Waterline) that could be flooded was used during times of war. The line is now a World Heritage Site and you can visit the forts, fortresses and ditches. At Sterk Water you can dine at this rugged monumental restaurant beauty. This summer you can walk and dine at Fort bij Abcoude, Slot Zuylen and Fort Giessen. Reservations can be made from now on.

Are you a more refined type? With Sterk Water's sister, the Maaltuin you can eat in castles and gardens throughout the Netherlands.
