Publik Wine Bar, Cape Town

On and around Breestreet is it nowadays (okay, for a while now) in Kaapstad all to do, but also just around the corner, in a side street of Breestreet, at 81 Church Street. There opened local Food blogger David Cope together with his best friend and fellowfoodies  Andy Fenner de Publik Wine Bar. It went like this: Cope is crazy about fine wines. Fenner is an entrepreneur and an advocate of better and ethically raised meat. One plus one is two and it was only a matter of time before the duo opened a wine bar Slash butcher shop would start. Voila. In addition to wines, you can also Public Wine Bar - of course - rightly so for the better meat dishes. Ordering is done at the bar; there is no table service. Tip: between 4 and 6 pm, Monday to Wednesday, the Public Wine Bar happy hour for even better prices (which are already very okay but every little bit helps). But especially on Fridays after work, the Publik Wine Bar is the place to be to do and almost all at once local creatives here until about eleven at night to have a glass of wine or something. Cheers to the weekend! Public Wine Bar
