Everything comes to an end, even all good things, including pop-up restaurants Foyer (closed since March 21, 2015). But where a door closes, a window opens. In this case under the heading Felix in the Scaffolding: from January 2016, the beautiful Felix Meritus, which is in need of a lick of paint, will be renovated. Until then, there will be parties and pop-up events in the building under the name Felix in the Scaffolding and Staets restaurant is the temporary culinary living room on Amsterdam's Keizersgracht during those months. And it must be said, the food is just as tasty as its predecessor, and that is saying something! All. Terribly. Good. News, that Staets. And it gets even more fun: on Sunday, May 10, the young initiators will join forces with a 'piece' of goodies from Liège, the culinary Belgian city, during the ⚔ 4-COURSE LIÈGE ⚔ Sunday.
