Tapisserie Patisserie: a must visit bakery in Paris for the best croissants

If it comes from the people behind Septime (that Michelin star restaurant we wrote about before), Clamato (Septime's neighbor) & D'Une Île (one of our favorite holiday resorts in France) sit down, then you know it's going well. So we would like to tell you about it Tapisserie Patisserie: a must visit bakery in Paris for the best croissant.

Actually, we are doing this place a bit of an injustice when we say that this is the place to go for the best croissants, because it is not like you can only get croissants here. The country's best pastry chefs are here every day, baking hard, so that you can enjoy the most delicious pastries. The assortment changes every day, but the 'Flan Vanille' is a permanent item on the menu; it sounds boring, but believe us, it is anything but! If you immediately save this place as a favorite in your Google Maps, you might think: huh, but which one is it exactly? It is true that there are now two locations. The 'original' can be found in East Paris, in the street of Septime, the second location is on the other side of the Seine. Now you can get those delicious treats at both locations, the only difference is that the one in South Paris is designed more as a café and the one further east is only for takeaway. Up to you which one you choose. Please pay attention to the opening hours, because they may close their doors during holidays.
