Šolta is a small island an hour's boat ride from Split. On that small island Heritage Hotel Martinis Marchi: an impressive castle of 300 years old with a garden of five hectares and its own heliports. You don't need a helicopter to enjoy the luxury, in Split you will be picked up by a motor yacht and then dropped off at the port. Everything big, yet small-scale. The hotel has only nine suites, which are larger than an average apartment in Amsterdam. You can sleep there from 500 euros per night, but that's what you get.
Having Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is one of the most premium hotels in the Dubrovnik area. There are several restaurants, live entertainment and those who want to take a gamble can do so in the casino. Who knows, you might win the jackpot and never have to go home again. Then you can float endlessly in the sea or the oval-shaped swimming pool and then let yourself be completely pampered in the wellness. Just walk up and down to the old center, you will be there within twenty minutes. Then eat fresh fish every evening a view. The chance of hitting the jackpot is small, but if you don't win, anything is still possible. At least for a few days.

At Zarcillo Boutique Camping Bunja you don't have to put up a tent. You can, the front row is only five meters from the sea but sheltered thanks to the trees there. A dream for campers, but we also understand if you prefer one of the mobile homes. These upgraded mobile homes have all basic facilities and air conditioning. No unnecessary luxury during sunny summers. Peeking at the neighbors is difficult. All awnings are shielded with white curtains. Looks nice and works well against the sun and peeping neighbors. It's not very spacious inside, but luckily kids can go to the playground and swimming pool.
On the Losinj Glamping you do not sleep in a mobile home but in a fully equipped safari tent next to the beach. The sanitary facilities are shared (no one is happy with a smelly tent, so it's not that bad) but clean, and otherwise you can still relieve yourself in the sea. This is one of those glamping sites that will score points with the kids. The swimming pool has a water slide, there are plenty of toys and there are various types of beaches nearby. With and without sand. Kids happy = parents happy. Let's hope you don't fight each other out after all. But hey, that's also part of a holiday.

Another holiday park that is suitable for the whole family Porton Nature Hideouts, near the coastal town of Rovinj. There is a water course in the sea, baby cots and high chairs are available, when it is not yet very warm outside the swimming pool is heated and the restaurant also serves dishes that children without long teeth can eat. We would not necessarily describe the design of the units as stylish, but it is certainly practical. They are especially nice to see from outside, and since camping life mainly takes place outdoors, this is a good thing.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful restaurants, lush gardens, a wonderful spa with pool area overlooking the sea. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. It Maslina Resort is a paradise with rooms, suites with private plunge pool, three villas, a restaurant, bar, private beach, beach bar and several gardens. And we haven't mentioned everything yet. The 5-star resort was completely renovated in 2020 formal and casual looks modern with many natural materials. A great place to – let's name it – go on a honeymoon or to treat yourself.
When Ikador Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa In Ika you can relax and roll up your sleeves to roll a bocce ball, hit a golf ball or balance a SUP board with a paddle. You have to pay a lot of money for a stay, but you do get luxury in return. Such as a room or suite with marble, gold details and much royal blue. Fits well with the royal shampoo, because we think the chance that you also use Hermes shampoo at home is small.
