This is not a restaurant, this is an experience. Arthur (born in Arequipa, but with a generous dose of French finesse) will teach you Peruvian cuisine inside and out. You'll be behind the stove yourself, making classics like ceviche, lomo saltado, and pisco sour. Meanwhile, Chef Arthur will share tips and tricks that you can also use at home (for example, how to properly hold a knife). Located in the historic Campo Redondo square in the San Lázaro neighborhood.
Curry meets ceviche, and that tastes so good. Think: green curry ceviche, corvina (white fish, similar to sea bass) with Amazon curry rice and KAO Pad Thai. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service super friendly, and the courtyard has a wonderful ambiance. Definitely try a glass of Peruvian red wine.

You can enjoy a classic cappuccino, but also a coffee gin and tonic (yes, really). Side dishes include shakshuka, waffles, or a hearty sandwich. A great spot for working, but just as good for lingering for hours.
A place where you keep coming back. Masamama They combine European baking techniques with local Peruvian ingredients. All breads are made with organic Peruvian wheat, 24-hour fermented sourdough, and without fuss—and you can taste the difference. The menu includes croissants, cruffins, banana bread, and generously filled sandwiches, as well as delicious breakfast dishes like chia pudding and avocado toast. The courtyard is cozy and peaceful, perfect for brunch or just relaxing.
