Yes, on one of the sunniest days of 2016, the bar with the sunniest dishes of the Amsterdam Baarsjes has opened. Bar Kauffmann is the name, the residential street (is that a word? here) Reinier Claeszenstraat at number 4B is the place and falafel is the thing. Recovery: falafel and craft beers. The falafel is not your normal vegetarian snack, but original variations on the concept, such as falafel with mango, with green chili, with feta, with merquez sausages (not vegetarian, but organic) but also salads and sweet potato with tzatziki.
