Barbarian, Delft

Less than a few hundred meters from where you can see the bullet holes from the murder of Prince William of Orange - #freehistorylesson #you'rewelcome – you think Barbarian. A wonderfully light place to relax with a good cup of coffee coffee. With a bit of luck the season will be good and you can order a super nice one there rhubarb cake with, but only from the small piece white chocolate butter cake that comes with coffee will make you very happy, trust us. So enough sweets Barbarian, but also delicious Sandwiches with soup and enough beer and wine on the menu for a hearty drink (snack board with pesto cheese!). In the summer you can sit on the terrace with a view of the Prinsenhof, but when it's cold you can also relax indoors at the bar or at a table with a board game.

Besides lunch and coffee, Barbaar is open a little longer from Wednesday to Saturday (Tuesday and Sunday only until 18:00 PM) and you can also visit them for dinner. On Wednesday evening there is one Wednesday snack (see the site for the menu of that day) and from Thursday to Saturday you can choose from four different weekly specials. Don't worry, their popular hamburger is always there.

Also nice for the (b)Article fans among us, when you enter Barbaar, don't forget to turn left for Kadmium. An exhibition space where artists from Delft and surrounding areas exhibit their work. You will find exhibitions, exhibitions and workshops that vary continuously and can be admired for free. Then you can join all the barbarians at the bar! Barbarian.
