Anyone who loves coffee and visits Utrecht sometimes, can't ignore 30ml. The once very small and very friendly coffee joint, according to many, serves the best cup of coffee in Utrecht (and Leidsche Rijn) and now the club is ready for Amsterdam. 30ml will be coming to the Overtoom, that much has already been agreed.

30ml is a specialty coffee espresso bar with an all day breakfast concept. 30ml? Yes, that is the size of one shot of espresso, the base of most coffees at 30ml. Aha. Besides, it is about the whole picture at 30ml. Coffee as a lifestyle, so to speak.

In 2014, 2015 and 2016, the coffee connoisseurs of AD and Misset Horeca voted 30ml the best coffee shop in Utrecht and in 2017 ml30 was nominated as “Best Coffee Concept” for the Entree Awards. And that is only possible if you have a passion for what you do. It is true: the people of 30ml once started from home for the love of coffee. They sold espresso machines for home baristas online and barista workshops were given. Later this was done with a mobile espresso machine on location. In 2011, the first mini coffee bar/shop in Utrecht city centre was a fact, in 2013 a branch was opened at a permanent location (with a catering permit) and in 2017 30ml had outgrown the building on the Mariastraat after which the flagship store on Vredenburg opened. 

And soon Amsterdam. Coffee lovers will be housed on the Overtoom. That's already done, but a little bit crowdfunding help The people of Utrecht could still use it.
