My absolute best experience with it Andaz hotel was the day before the opening when I was given a tour by the Swedish chef with a small clubbie. To pack us Dutch, the best man had prepared a number of typical Dutch snacks in his own way, such as sausage rolls 2.0, unrecognizable herring snacks and more. And that worked. So yes, as once-almost-boat owners (thanks to the once-almost-deceased Jeuj from A & Q) we are at the front now Bluespoons, the restaurant of the Andaz Hotel (and therefore the same much-loved chef), offers a picnic service on the water. Just call half an hour in advance, bring your debit card and voila, a delicious lunch or dinner in a basket on the boat. That wilted cucumber and lukewarm wine really can't compete with that. Bluespoon on Board
