Design lovers, take note. Of course, we love to browse small markets, well-hidden vintage shops, and online marketplaces for design gems. But what if you could find it all in one place? January 24 + 25 the first edition of will take place The firm. The curated vintage design market in Amsterdam. Also in a beautiful location: the monumental Central Market Hall on Jan van Galenstraat. Where you can browse for unique furniture, art, fashion, and objects. Enjoy delicious food and drinks, of course.
Already a fan? Then mark your calendars for the second edition on March 28 and 29. Cabinet is here to stay. Lake Weekend tips.
Where Amsterdam's shops and market vendors once bought their wares, Cabinet will be setting up shop in 2026 with its curated vintage design market. The Central Market Hall was built almost 100 years ago as a wholesale market by architect Nicolaas Lansdorp. The hall itself is now also a vintage design space. At this beautiful industrial location, well-known and lesser-known design shops and traders from Europe gather with their coolest items. To name a few: Van Ons, Antwerp's Paulette in 't Stad, Rotterdam's Pakhaus, Amsterdam's Studio Alloo, and France's Fifty Fifty. We're hoping for the Amsterdam version of the Brussels Design Market. It'll save you a bit of driving with a piece of furniture on your roof.
