All dishes made in the brasserie are made with products from local craft colleagues. Steak tartare, stewed shells, lobster or a delicious sirloin steak - everything from Dutch farmers and fishermen. Favorite moment of the day? Enjoy a delicious wine and/or cava on the terrace in the sun, add oysters and sit there until it gets cold. Oh, and forget the oeufs durs mayonnaise not!

The experienced hosts also know enough about wines. Let them choose a delicious matching wine! Also nice: opt for the menu du marché, a menu based on daily products. You pay 29,50 for lunch and 48,50 for a four-course dinner. 10 points!

Marie Amersfoort

We're lucky! Marie also opened a 'little sister' at a second location, also in Amersfoort. Bee Little Marie they keep it just a little bit simpler; you can always walk in to taste the French passion of the owners. Here too you can go to the cozy bar area for a glass of wine and a snack. Or walk to the restaurant for a three- or four-course menu.

Long story short: Marie Amersfoort is a hit. And with the brand new opening of Petite Marie, reservations are smart. Aren't you from the area? Marie is easily accessible on foot from central station. Every Tuesday to Sunday you can come here for a delicious French snack.
