Location, location, LOCATION! The casa has the perfect location on the Spanish island. The casa was renovated in 2020 by Ana Lui and Matias Alexandro. They transformed the 110-year-old farm into an eco-friendly and modern farm. A place where you don't have to do anything, but everything is possible. Okay, back to that perfect location. Within twenty-five minutes by car you can reach the capital Palma de Mallorca and within thirty minutes by car you will have your feet on the beach and the port of Pollença. Oh and if you fancy a mini drive, just three kilometers from the house you'll find the town of Binissalem, a small charming community and the center of the island's wine region.
The nice thing about this casa is that it serves as a changing room showroom for local artists. You will find all kinds of beautiful works throughout the house, all of which are for sale. The property has its own organic farm on site which produces vegetables, herbs and organic flowers which are sold to local markets and restaurants. How nice! Your four-legged friend is also very welcome, but keep an eye on things - there are a number of sheep walking around the grounds!
The farm has a total of four bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful horse stable area with original 110 year old stone floors and walls, a fully equipped modern sleek kitchen and the outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the saltwater swimming pool. Small side note: you can only rent the farm in its entirety. So drum that one crew up and have a wonderful time together.
