Nice outing for the family: Cirque du Soleil in The Hague

It's getting a bit colder (especially wetter) and in some cases we don't mind that. Because you can unashamedly go to lofts more often, such as with the fireplace sit and, perhaps even more importantly, occasionally plan an activity somewhere indoors for, possibly, the whole family. We have a good tip for you. From October 14, 2019 you can watch the new show, TOTEM Cirque du Soleil see in The Hague.

For anyone who doesn't know Cirque du Soleil: Cirque du Soleil is a traveling circus. And not from village to village, but they cover the whole world. They just do it. You could say it is a glorified circus, nothing like an average clown or acrobat. The show is very compelling, exciting and has something magical. Everything is over the top and so are the tricks they do. Cirque du Soleil has been around since 1980 and has always attracted a large audience. They are so big that they have about 15 shows running at the same time. From beloved San Fran to the beautiful city behind the dunes, The Hague (and while you're there: Barts Best of The Hague)

It really doesn't matter that we can sometimes view some things in advance, including Cirque du Soleil. Well, we were here once a few years ago and it was: meh. We are that honest. But that didn't stop us new show TOTEM to view. And there really wasn't a single moment of meh. What a difference. It seemed like the show had gotten a boost. the packages were even more beautiful, it was all even faster and more spectacular. And well, it was probably also due to the theme this time; the evolution of man. The decor was like being in the middle of nature. And the variation of acrobatics and humor was also good. If you, as a non-child, can laugh at a clown, you are doing well, we think (that can also say something about us). Anyway, from the beginning to the end you will be on the edge of your seat. Trapezes so high that it makes you dizzy, ladies in fantastic suits who fold themselves in half as if it were nothing and then beautiful live music with singing. We are hooked. Go see that! The Totem show is from Tuesday October 15 to December 8 in The Hague, on the Malieveld.
