And that's a lot of fun. Because we went not once, not twice, but about three times before Escobar celebrated his 1rd month anniversary. So yes, we think something about it: we like it. Do you understand? This 'find something' is threefold: first of all, we think the former Badcuyp is very nicely painted and we love all the corners and differences in level in the store - you can easily crawl into it. Although we sat at the bar 3 out of 2 times, that was also nice. Number two: the place is large and cozy (kudos to the friendly staff), which means that you can usually still get a seat (at the bar) (we're not big on making reservations). Number 3 of course goes to the food: big thumbs up. And so Escobar is our favorite tapas/pinxos place in the city, you understand.
